Years in hospitality.
Something new for Wolli Creek.
We’ve spent a long time in hospitality, long enough to know what makes a local worth coming back to. Sapora is the place we always wanted to open: a Lebanese bakehouse at heart, with a Mediterranean pizza bar built around it.
So there’s zaatar and labneh next to mortadella and pistachio, sujuk and eggs to start the day and pizza to end it. Familiar flavours, done a little differently, and all of it halal.
